Job Description

As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production operations at our manufacturing plant. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that production goals are met while maintaining high-quality standards. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that the plant operates efficiently and cost-effectively.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a plant management role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven experience in managing budgets and expenses
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with quality control and process improvement initiatives
• Ability to develop and implement production plans to meet demand while controlling inventory costs.

• Lead and motivate the production team to achieve production goals
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide coaching and development as needed
